FFS seeks to redress Partner grievances and complaints in a time-bound manner. In order to accomplish this, partners are strongly requested follow the instructions given below.

For Customers of FFS Wealth Partners

  • Being a customer of FFS Wealth Partner it is strong advised that you contact your FFS Partner/RM for all your queries/ grievances. The team will reply to your query and resolve same at the earliest. If required, your FFS wealth Partner can raise the query /complaint to FFS in proper format.

FFS Customer Care availability

Mon to Fri – 10:00 am* to 5 :30 pm and Saturdays – 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
